Restaurant

Located in Dubai’s business district, the site’s feature was its big terrace. The owner asked for a cool seaside atmosphere in contrast with the suffocating heat of the city. For the terrace we worked on a lounge area with confortable sofas and daybeds, many cushions ; the bar would be protected by fluid white curtain and overhead hanging canvases, same for the pergola along the retsaurant façade.
For the interior we kept the same lounge feeling in front of the long marble bar. As an hommage to Gio’ Ponti, we mixed wood and geometric ceramic tiles carpets and Riviera revival fabrics for the seating.
