A house by the canal

In this pine forest of french Landes, the clients wanted to build a wood holiday house with a very limited budget. In order to fit in this huge constraint we worked on the most rational plan for a large family. The principal was to have all bedrooms and living room facing the canal. Service and technical area would face on the rear garden. All storage closets are along the corridor walls in order to maximise the bedrooms space. Structure, paneling, floors and ceilings would all be in local pine wood.
