This restaurant comes from the famous brand started in 2006 by chef Katsuya and SBE with Starck’s concept. They propose creative and « californianized » sushis and rolls. Walls and celing are in japanese ash paneling, counters in Calacatta marble, corridors and back of house in fluo colors, chairs in clear wood or white and polished stainless steel. Traditional japanese codes are reinterpreteted in a contemporary way with a big noren above the central bar, modern kimonos, swords and fans.
